Damn! Ignored my own notes on that race. I just realised I had that one marked off but left it alone. When betting on Wednesday meetings, I really like to look for horses that had their last race in town on one of the two previous Saturdays, and that was the only horse in the race that had.

Very Disciplined today ...left Melbourne alone except for a e/w on Napa Sky (mr eds tip) ..only had the 2 in Sydney 1 for 2 ..
and Adelaide 1 for 3 ..
and really concentrated on Brissie ..finally listening to what my figures have been telling me for ages now..
Sircolo, Mitanni , High Octave and Arts Success..and a nice e/w on Ocober Grey and some nice trifectas ..

cant wait till tomorrow

Actually the last 3 Saturdays really, but I do prefer those that ran on the previous two.

By the way Mav, using that method you could have actually got that first4 you missed in the last. As well as High Octave, numbers 5, 6 & 9 also had their previous runs at Eagle Farm on Saturday Aug6. Combining them with your other pick Your Lion Eyes which last ran at Doomben on Saturday July30 and there you have the first 4. 1-11-6-5. Paid well.

And how about this one. In Race 8 in Adelaide, there was just one horse which ran in town 2 Saturdays ago (19) and 4 others that had run in town 3 Saturdays ago (1, 7, 8 & 16). If you boxed those 5 horses, there's a $12,597 trifecta!!!

Nope. I didn't have it either.
