Similarly, postings that directly refer to the information contained within the OCBA or similar websites are NOT slanderous, they are - yes you guessed it - Fact.

1. Unfortunately we do not know for certain what is "fact".
2. Other posters will automatically make comments/opinion about those alleged "facts", opening the possibility for legal action.
3. Our legal advice is to take measures as we have to prevent this from happening in the first instance. |
