Plastered....... back to the Status Quo..... Failed vet test, so deal fell through... and Mrs Harvey retains (majority) ownership....... Horse goes back to L Smith !

i CAN'T BELIEVE that the Freedmans would let a horse of this ability slip thru their fingers on a "foot abcess".
MUST be more to the story or the Freedmans were looking for a quick return on their investment which obviously wasn't going to be the case this spring.
if i had the money,i would certaintly have him in my stable.
