special in this. keen on Dahing Top Hat (6). at its third start and although hasn't shown much early pace neither has anything else in the field. danger is probably Weona Champ (8) run 4 seconds from 5 starts and steps up to 520m for first time. is a half brother to top graders Lucky Alive, Pump it Up and Bad Boy Brody. This litter hasnt shown as much ability but enough to warrant respect in this field. Spooner Street (2) deserves a look.

selections 6,2,8

race 2
tough mixed final. After winning its heat last week Gypsy Force (1) looks well suited from the inside. Showed a ton of early pace in its heat and will be hard to run down. Hara's Thunder (5) cant be dismissed despite drawing the squeeze box while fastest heat winner Pedro's Money (4) continues it's run of bad draws. Judy State (2) will get a nice run from the draw and could upstage.

selections 1,4,2

race 3
tough race with a few good dogs albeit inconsistent ones. Best dog in the race is California Blue (3) althouhg has no early pace. if it can be in the front half of the field at the first turn it wins. Fire Sale (7) has probably been the most consistent of the field and is a last start winner. Tom Noble has 3 runners in the field and it isnt too often his runners dont perform so we'll go with More Fury (1) cause its got the inside

selections 7,3,1

race 4
Wild Silence (2) is a dog with plenty of ability but plenty of injuries in its career too. back on the track after 4 weeks off. Danger is on the inside with Luva Drink (1) while Cool Idea (6) has shown good enough form of late and likes the track.

selections 2,1,6

race 5
8 dogs, 600m race, no early pace from any of them. She's The Word (2) ran a nice third Thursday night and will probably start favourite having won 2 and placed 3 over the trip. Diamond Spar (4) doesnt win too often but wont meet a much easier while Irinka Cogs (7) is the best performed dog in the field but struggles to run the 600m out

selections 4,2,7

race 6
nice race with Whirly Storm (7) a class special while Take A Squizz (8) presents a huge danger from his favourite draw. Cayman Bale (4) is one of my favourite dogs to follow. always runs a great race but its poor early pace means it always comes from last. Given a clear run it can worry these. Straight Wicked (3) and Bluey's Spirit (6) are both solid dogs but tend to space their runs.

selections 8,4,7

race 7
standout selection is Royston aaaaaaaa (4) but it has shown its beatable over the distance if it misses the jump. that said i dont think it gets beat today. two slow beginners outside will help. Peach Bikini (8) is having just its second stat at the distance and should strip fitter for after last week's winning heat. Fly Concord (1) always seems to get in the first four and Aunty Joan has been impressive of late including second in last week's heat behind the favourite beaten only 2 lengths.

selections 4,2,8

race 8
Strong Breeze (8) looks well placed from the pink. loves to lead and this draw should see it do just that. Oh Reign (1) has put in a few nice performances on the northern rivers. Last weeks 30.71 heat win was its first start at the track. that experience as well as the inside box and John Dart for a trainer could see it start close to favourite. Zingara (2) has been ultra consistent of late and cant be left out of multiples

selections 8,1,2

race 9
absolute crap race. Go with Bozo's A Surfer (4) cause its got a cool name lol. Cherika (3) while having aaaa form could show up from a decent draw and in a bad field. Thunder Puzzle (6) despite not really liking the track is the fastest dog in the field which isn't saying much

selections 4,6,3

race 10
In an average field and off the inside Hit For Ten (1) should pick up the $1,920 winners pay cheque. ran a respectable 30.53 off the same draw 3 starts back. likes the inside and has enough early pace to lead all the way. Danger lies with Oh Sweet Pee (2) while Blaine Bale (5) from the squeeze will be rattling home late to maybe knock them all off.

selections 1,5,2

good luck

yuck yuck yuck.

so much for the 7 winners. just royston renegad at odds on. quinella in race 5 paid $14.20 which was the only salvation of the night

Back after a week layoff

race 1
another usual bad maiden. Mum's An Aussie (2) and Electric Step (4) the wo first starters and with average ability will likely run the quinella. Both are from average litters that have won a few races in town. Of the rest Jedi Destroyer (1) runs a few placings and has the inside for the first time in a while

Numbers 4,2,1

race 2
Another two ifrst starters in this maiden race with both littermates by Surf Lorian out of Where's Wendy. Where's Wendy has really only ever thrown below par dogs and these two are debuting at 26 months, quite old for pups. Molly Power (5) has the best form of this lot while White Vision is back from a 6 month layoff after some ok form.

Number 3,5,2

Race 3
On form last week Pepi Power (8) was a $1.30 special it paid $2.8 and i was stoked with my 3 benjamins on it. Cant see why it cant win again this week despite coming up against a tougher field. Dark Jewell (2) was equally impressive winning its heat last week and looks the danger. Super Cruise (3) has run 4 thirds out of 6 starts this t/d which says its a chance.

Number 8,2,3

Race 4
With 3 wins from 6 starts at this t/d Sir Power (2) looks a good thing. A very very slow beginner on the inside should see it give these a cold. Danger is Custom Alloy (8). i rated this a special sometime last week off the inside but it has had long times between runs which suggests its injury prone. Infovision has solid form at the t/d and is trained by a veteran in Keith Houghton who stole my first ever major race off me. I had the 6/4 on favourite engaged while his was 2/1 second favourite. His won by 5 lengths and mine broke down never to race again.

Number 2,3,8

Race 5
