In the Pinjarra Cup tomorrow I think the topweight, Exit Lane will make it two Pinjarra Cups in a row.
Hardest to beat - Main Stage, Son Of Vasac & Party Boy.

Good morning Redcraze.
Cyclone Ruby looks to have an EW chance. Looking quickly at the field, the main chances look to include 1,5,6&7 and possibly 2&16. Also a few unraced. Black Martini has the services of Clint Harvey (which is a plus) & was unlucky last start, but not well drawn & is a class 2 running in a class 5. And not a bad class 5 race with many chances.

Pinjarra race 8 today, My Pass from Tolleshunt, Swift Spice & Country Born. Suggest you also include Sky Storm if odds > 8/1.

Still licking my wounds after the Pinjarra Cup on Sunday, one of the few times my ratings have let me down in "big" races.
Top rated 8 (Party Boy scratched) did manage to find 6 out of the first 8. Had Czariffic 10th in line, but the odds offered were below what I required. Generally an on-the-pace bias for most races, which seems to be happening more and more at Pinjarra lately. Interesting comparison prior start for Czariffic, run down over 2000m at Bunbury by Main Stage, receiving 5.5kg from that horse. Meets that horse 2.0kg worse over an extra 200m at finished 3 lengths in front. Czariffic was also previously unplaced at only other 2 starts over the 2200m. Son Of Vasac extremely disappointing, let’s hope nothing amiss. _________________ All the best from the West Sandgroper  [ This Message was edited by: Sandgroper on 2003-03-10 16:01 ] |

A few casualties from the Pinjarra Cup.
Exit Lane pulled up with hoof soreness and will require a veterinary certificate before racing again. Main Stage bled from one nostril. Tango Man near fore fetlock joint injury and Miss Torpago heat stress. _________________ All the best from the West Sandgroper  [ This Message was edited by: Sandgroper on 2003-03-11 12:19 ] |

RAINBOW SPECTRE Race 3 NO 7. This horse has been mentioned in more Steward Reports than the invasion has been mentioned in the news reports.

16/4/2003.
Blackbooker "RAINBOW SPECTRE". I think this horse will go on and win far better races than this. P. Harvey - only 2 today - would he waste his time for a couple of hundred less exes?

Mixed day for Harvey Redcraze. Won on Celtus (evens) in race 1, but only by a nose. Unplaced on the 6/4 fav - Panamic in race 2.
Agree RAINBOW SPECTRE a strong chance in the 7th. Showing nice odds currently. Suggest you couple with Shan't Look Back (8), Cool Timing (11), Crimson Pak (12), Red Dirt Girl (14) & Tones Of Blue (14) in the multiples. |
