Jason Moodie has been ruled out of the w/tigers side tonight against the knights, being one of their best players he will be a big loss and the knights should win now, the tigers were ordinary last week and the knights still with a few players still out have trained strongly this week and are a lot healthier than in previous weeks and are pumped up for a big game.
Scrap all that, this is a no bet game now as it was announced just now on radio that M.Ennis is out and Danny Buderus is in hospital with an infected foot, but is still expected to play tonight ! Billy Slater and Matt Orford are out of the storms team against manly tomorrow, so i wouldnt have a cent on them.

Had Knights -2.5, that one could still go either way.
Also Cowboys -2.5 |

MR J, do you watch the games live, the knights seem to have the tigers covered from the start, but the cowboys was a 50/50 till late in the game, i was flicking between the cowboys/raiders game and every time i did the raiders scored,62-22 thats touch footy.

Yeh I usually watch a bit, flick between the games. Both of those games (knights & cowboys) were pretty close up until the end.
Anyway just finished my analysis and bets for tonight. Thinking I might give NRL a miss tomorrow. My system says Easts -14.18, so no bet there. Also says Warriors +12.5 and Manly +4.5 are good. Thing is neither of those teams now have anything to play for, where as their opposition do. Don't know how much motivation will affect things here so no point placing blind bets. |

I disagree a little saying they have nothing to play for, the warriors would love to avoid the spoon by ending with a win, last week against the roosters they bashed each other silly and i expect the same again and i think the +12.5 is a good bet, bulldogs halfback and main kicker B.Sherwin is out. As for the manly game, i think its the opposite as the storm have nothing to play for, they cant finish any higher or lower and have rested half back and playmaker M.Orford and B.Slater, so i think manly might get up also, i'll be watching all games tomorrow and probably wont bet as i had a good day today.

Good points. Decided to make the bets, anything but going 0-3 and I won't mind.
I do have the feeling Manly will play up again. They've been in good form and I'm thinking they will play this purely for pride. Storm as you said, have nothing to gain. They'll take this easy and rest the walking wounded. Storm also aren't the greatest away side. Warriors, well they came hard vs Easts last week, and you'd think they'd come out and try to do the same again. Bulldogs are fighting for position #1, so they will be motivated. I think if the warriors get 2 scores or more behind they might give it up. If bulldogs lose, easts will probally take today pretty easy so Eels might be worth looking at. Definately more comfortable with Manly than the Warriors. Done well off manly though, 3-1. I'm 6-4 on the warriors. For betting it's a bit of a shame manly did so well last week, or they might have had a larger start (+8.5 would've been nice). |

This is why I wanted to stay out of it. Warriors defence is pathetic. We'll see from the 2nd half if they've got any heart.
