my guess is that higher weighted horses in weaker races are working through the classes.
in higher graded races the lower weighted horses are working through the classes.
e.g. the winner of the epsom last week was number 12 was well backed and expected to perform but was well down in the weights.
new form is better than old form in class races
in my listed categories very few top races are won by last years champions.
good example in the cranbourne cup on a jeune won a listed race, placed in a listed race late last year placed in sajc derby group one and was number 9 in open company in the cranbourne cup but had good form with good form in the barossa cup.
also out of options which won the following race at cranbourne was number one and won a listed race in brisbane a few starts before during the winter.
its difficult to blindly follow the tab no.s due to the graduation from high grade 2 and 3 year old to restricted or open company older races.
good luck with. back good form and should get good results.

Hi, Moeee.

As you say, the topweights are the superior horses and have earned their heavy weights. As to the high strike rate I think Topsy99 has a valid point about them in these weak races working through the classes. If this is the case, then we would expect the system to continue performing successfully.

I backed the winner yesterday, and I had a little extra on it because it was also one of the neuralmania selections.

Today's Simple System races - I am only listing (and betting)Races 1 to 5:
Toowoomba R1 nos. 1, 2, 3
Werribee R4 nos. 1, 2, 3
Gold Coast R4 nos. 1, 2, 3

Hi, Jaffa.

Mark Read used to have Divi Plus which was the equivalent to Maxi Divi but unfortunately he no longer offers it.

Maxi Divi is with a bookie/betting agency but I do not believe we are allowed to identify him or name his betting agency here. However, I do not think I will be breaching the forum rules to say that it is very "sporting" of the bookie to allow this type of "bet". Hopefully this will enable you to find his website.

The divvies on Austote are very attractive too, but unfortunately they do not bet on all the meetings that the "sporting" bookie and the TAB's do. I do not have an account with Austote but from I read on this forum and others, Austote is very secure.

The system since posting the selections last Thursday, betting only on races 1 to 5 are:

Thursday - No Bets.

Friday - 2 races for 1 winner. The outlay was $6 for a return of $10.60 with NSW TAB. (With Maxi Divi it was $12.12).

Yesterday - 3 races for three winners. The outlay was $9 for a return of $13.20. ($15.46 with M.D.)

To date - 4 winners from 5 races. The total outlay has been $15 for a return of $23.80($27.58 with M.D.) Interestingly, this has more or less been consistent with the results stated in an earlier posting on this thread.

I'll continue listing the selections until they crash. Unfortunately there are no qualifying races today.

Wouldn't this thread sit better on the ‘Betting Systems Forum’

I know that when a forum member post tips on that forum, all hell breaks loose.

Surely vice versa is fair in this case?

Struck me as unusual, considering Michaelg's previous 'system' threads have been posted on the 'Betting Systems Forum’ where appropriate scrutiny is assured.
