Had Medium Swing as well.

I'm having a bit of fun with 'field' Any2s Mav. If I'm confident about a couple of horses in a race, I take each of them with the field in an any2. It's basically just like having a place bet except that if a roughie comes home in the placings you can win more than if you just back them for a place. Here's how I went today:

M.Valley R7
#1 Out $12 In $0
#6 Out $12 In $13.90
M.Valley R8
#3 Out $10 In $43.00
#4 Out $10 In $17.50
Armidale R7
#6 Out $13 In $95.00
#11 Out $13 In $0

Total: Out $70 In $169.40

Not too bad for just finding 4 placegetters out of 6 picks. By the way, if I had simply bet the same amounts on each horse just for a place, I would have got back $129.40, so I was $40 better off.

sportz, do you know how to place an any2 bet from the new racetab set out, or have they never had that option?

As far as I know, they don't have an any2 or duet bet but they are going to introduce it this year sometime I think.

well done Sportz...i still havent looked at the Any2 option ...Trifectas are my
go...although a couple of frustrating results today ..trebles are something you should look at .. i find them huge value..

A small profit today,,,,i'll take that considering i picked 5 seconds !!!
imagine if i concentrated on place bets..i'd be a millionare..

Will give your method Sportz a dry run for awhile and see what happens...

Chuck,

I've just read the latest ************** newsletter, and they mentioned that Tab Ltd WILL be introducing an any2 or duet type bet. They didn't say when, but I'd guess it will be fairly soon.
