Welcome back, Bhagwan, the forum hasn't been the same without you!! Trust you enjoyed Bali.

Have been studying your trifecta plan and see much merit in it. The idea of one of the two previous day favourites not getting up in the first three troubles me a bit --- especially when your field size is so small.

Have you considered the idea in betting on the greyhounds?

Most of their fields come within the 7-9 size. I've tried --- without knowing anything about dogs --- just making some betting judgements from the TAB as the event is imminent. Found I can get one in two, perhaps three, of the trifectas. There's no value if only seven or less dogs run though; and the trifecta pool has to be a reasonable size.

Mr Bhagwan,
Gave your trifecta plan a run today. Cannot argue with strike rate (100%)but with 4 winning trifectas suffered a loss of $14. At this rate i will be digging ditches from the Harbour Bridge to Port Douglas. Have you any statistics on your ave div & strike rate over a period of time. Despite the loss today i found your plan very enjoyable and full of merrit. I bet SYD Race 2 & 5 and Perth Race 1 & 3.
SYD 2 WON But loss of $25
SYD 5 WON But loss of $30
WA 1 WON But collect $2.25
WA 3 WON collect $38.
I will keep trying and hopefully i will get to Bali before Port Dougy.

Dear Mr Trench Digger.
I hope Mrs Trench Digger is well.

As they say. A Swallow does not make a summer, but maybe seen as a very successful evening.

You will have strong days & not so strong days , that`s the nature of the punt.

Thanks Guys, for your greetings .

Bali was great , I went broke saving a fortune on stuff I did`nt need.

I can see this trifecta plan, working very well on the dogs.Once again ,it`s very rare that you see the 1st & 2nd Fav. getting up in the same trifecta together.

Check it out.

Mr Bhagwan,
Mrs Digger is very, very well. She asked me to remind you her christian name is Gold. Thanks again for your Trifecta Plan in lieu of any long term results I think i'll just monitor your plan for a few months before investing again as it may require many dollars each saturday.

Trifectas are tricky ************s.
Thats why we suggest a bank to withstand 50 outs.
They are not for the faint hearted because they have a habbit of ripping your heart out through your butt.
It only takes a small handfull to recover.
One has to have the right temprament to take them on.
I feel you have the right idea of giving it a dry run first, as one should for any new punting idea .
It might not suit ones temprament after analysing the stats & with trifectas ,the stats will be all over the shop.

What is the most frustrating is when a 100/1 donkey gets in the placings with no previous form & pays a motsa.
