Well that works in my favour, the conditions should make for a lower scoring game which means more chances of the knights covering

Still reckon you need one more rule in your AFL system.
Something that favours teams currently in good form.
Maybe something like,a point bonus for every position a team is above another on the ladder.
Shouldn't alter your selections drastically, but could help you save some money on Hawthorn and Richmond.

Yeh Moe I've been thinking about that.

I'm 2/5 when backing hawthorn and 1/5 when backing Richmond.

I could give the last 8 results or so more weighting, although I don't think that'll make much difference.

I'll test how the system goes after removing picks on the bottom few teams.

Incidently I'm 4/6 when backing the warriors and 3/5 with souths. Haven't backed manly at all.

Yeah, my system lost out with Collingwood and Hawthorn in the AFL, but won with Wests and Newcastle in the NRL.

Another hoodoo becomes history with the Broncos beating the Knights at Energy Australia Stadium.

The Bulldogs march on

The Rabbitohs go down (fighting) to the Warriors

Paddy, i think it was a johns hoodoo in newcastle as he had played in their previous 4 straight wins there in the last 5 years. I was at the game and it surpassed the test match against NZ a few months ago, agter the broncos scored 2 trys early in the 2nd half i thought it was going to be a flogging, but the knights stuck to them like glue[ which surprised me]as they normally thrw the towel in after that, best game of the year so far.

The reason souths got so close to the warroirs was because of the ref, he was PATHETIC, so many forward passes, 1 leading to martinee's try was that far forward i couldn't believe it, it would have been wrong if they won.
Didn't see the bulldogs game as i was at the knights/broncos game, but they got the money and so did i , so i'm happy.
