Just tried the link and they seem to run all the time with previews, racing news etc. Much like our sport dedicated stations. |

Thanks Mark, I used to listen via WillHill, but found far superior coverage and race commentary on the link I posted above which is Sportinglife.com (a link from their site). |

If you can't access it via the link I gave you.
Go to sportinglife.com The link is on there somewhere. I have media player version 9 and just copied and pasted it to the forum, so perhaps it has to be loaded prior. Sorry Dan. |

Dan, Mark and others interested,
I found a page for audio/video which is free and you don't need an account for U.S. races. There is a whole lot of links on the right hand side for individual tracks next to "see it live". http://www.capitalotb.com/ P.S. Dan, did you manage to get that other link working? BTW, the liquidity in U.S. and RSA (South African) racing is very thin indeed. [ This Message was edited by: Chrome Prince on 2004-08-19 01:45 ] |

Yes I did Chrome thanks. I had to go through the sportinglife website to get it though. How's your laying been going? I haven't had a chance to try your method out yet.

You really have to be disciplined and patient, but it's worth it.
I might go 5 races in a row with no bets or lays at all, then something jumps out as a real lay or bet opportunity. I can't believe the overs some people will give, compared to the bookies boards in rare cases. I've seen even money favourites at a lay price of $1.40 and a bet price of $2.50 (never simulateously though!). |
