Thanks fellas, glad i could be of service. Top work with Sun and Sands L2B this has been a very nice day indeed, cheers.

Mav, tommorow in race 3, i really, really liked the debut run of Three Diamonds, if you've got a tape have a look. She was wide the whole way, coped huge checks, was under the whip 800m out, and still finished gamely to run 4th behind Six Oclock Rock who will nearly start favorite tommorow, but only beaten about 2 lengths. Obviously was waiting for her in a provincial maiden, but the odds would be terrible so i'm happy to be on her in what looks just an average field of 2yo.

Rc 4 Mazunda, We nearly bought this horse 12 months ago, after some unlucky maiden runs, but his price just wasn't right. Since then it has progressed into a very nice animal, and although biased his record agrees with me. Three starts back at Moe with 58kg his turn of foot blew me and the rest of the field away, he may have had enough his next start when 3rd to Secret Recording, then last start first up from a freshen up he sat outside the leader, ripped and pulled the whole way and still went on to score very well on a heavy track. He rises in weight a bit and he is pretty much the only horse who doesn't claim. But he looks to be the one on the up from the field and aside from Chanorth the only one who wants a really wet track. He can take a sit or roll forward and will put up a huge show.

You like any.

Well I had a good day at the races today my mates horse went ok ended up finishing 4th behind a tear away winner they are going to put her into an 1100m race in a couple of weeks and put the blinkers on think they are expecting her to go close again. I had a pretty good day backing Mydam Twist $6.80, Fortified $4.00, Bob's Bid $3.50 with the bookies & Mining Silver $3.70. So I had a pretty good day at the races which is unusal for me at the local races usually go terrible here. I could have got the 2nd winner of the day Gee Gee McGregor but I thought that Dingo form was probably not the greatest in the world.

Had the best day 2day that I have had for a long time. With my 2 bets getting up along with Ed's supertips, happy days...
Cheers Ed.
Had a go on rebelete Mav, didnt see the race but think you were right about the weight factor, not much damage.

Well done with Lord Nedyim Luv2 ..was ridden a treat...great run by Prince Of Ashes i thought...1 for the book for sure..
Diamonds n Ice was dissapointing..
Rebelette was always going to be a risk with that much weight..usually leads but had to be ridden upside down because of it....not sure of the margins yet..havent seen the replay .. Maybe they couldnt find a apprentice for her ?? ..good run just the same ..will follow her if shes placed better..

Some interesting races around tomorrow..
Eagle Farm.
R4 ..intersting betting race this one,...i reckon they'll come for a few here..i like Lunacampo ..this horse finally gets to race on a dry surface...will improve out of sight ...another at odds is Vettories Image ..this horse is bred to keep on running and should get the lead here ..Both have jockey's in form and in these open races ,,thats sometimes the difference..both of these should be nice e/w value..
R5. Rum Dum ..super run last start...very confident here ..cant see it paying all that much but just wins this ...will hope for anything above 2.50
Lunalana is a good longie that could grab a place and improve the trifecta.
R6 ,, Wow what a race..Mastermind and Renouf battling it out up front..could be a mad sprint up front...if Huddle gets to decent odds he could be the one to sit off these 2 and run them down...Has been working well apparently and has shown some good form last time in.....is first up and might need that freshness to keep up with them..
R8. Prang finally gets a run here...this horse just needs a half decent run to win this..has been unlucky of late...form jockey and good barrier..great run behind Ally bee last start where he was wide again..before that was 5 wide the whole way araound and still stuck on..the freshen will suit..
Miss Belatorie will be suited here by the track,,shes a hard horse to catch but Stanley knows her so well..dad trains her and he's the only one that rides her..she drops out the back and needs alot of luck but has a good finish when right...could be a knockout at huge odds..worth a e/w

Sydney
R3. John Syn looks ideally placed here..bowman aboard..likes the track and distance and good run last start..gets all the ticks ,,should get a nice tempo set up by Raffin Glow who like last week will give alot of cheek up front..
R4. Blue Lyric ..doesnt win often ..hardly at all really ..but this is the race for her...she battles away like a real plugger and she's bred to run all day.....not much in this race ..evaporized in lower classes has been ok..
Blue Lyric is only 5's ..would want closer to 9's or 10's...
R8.. Fleet Felix ...Moses has a high opinion of this horse ran on well in a harder race last start...has a big show here but wont be any flash odds..
Flemmington
R4. If the track isnt rain affected i Like Limited Impulse ..this horse is a real fighter ..will lead and be to strong for them with the claim has performed against better than this lot..,,,but if its rain affected Mazunda looks to have the edge on all of them..
R6. Captain Zero ...i've been waiting for this horse to get to this distance...has been racing like a true miler of late ...i know the toppy is pretty flashy ,,but the 6kgs less for Captain Zero will help ,, will be nice e/w odds..
R8. Celtic boom is thrown in at the weights here...looks a gimme ..Umbula wont give in without a fight but the 6kg swing seems too much ,,,,does have a class edge though......reckon i'll be watchin this race unless theres value around these 2..
Blaklava..
R8 Queen Catherine,,,ran some good races last prep...is bred to get over ground but should sprint well fresh,,,,Kavanagh will have her ready and there doesnt seem to be much at all in this race..

Good Luck All,,,

Mr Ed...tough race with Three Diamonds...Presently was impressive last start..
Six oclock rock should have some improvement over the longer distance..and Tilleka's win 2 starts ago was fantastic....dont mind red for lou either,,
Hard to go past the toppy though..with D Moor and his claim she looks good..
..In these types of races my Breeding ratings are higher...i dont rate the Singspeils yet all that highly,,,,i just dont know the breed all that well..but the toppy's are Redoutes choice and testa rossa's..
tough to bet against them...will watch this race but best of luck ..
Would like to hear your thoughts on the breeding of this filly and what she looks like....

Hi all,

One in the 2nd at Eagle Farm today bears watching i think...#10 Duhaaba after a strong trial win. Pager is a solid chance in the 7th at Eagle Farm also.

Good luck

Sven

E.Farm
R5 - 3 RUM DUM - Terrific run last start in stronger Saturday company. Only query is the jump of nearly 550m in distance. If he handles the distance rise, he should win. 2 Marlene Gaye in good form and is the main danger. (3-2-8-4-6)
R6 - 1 MASTERMIND - Perhaps I've over-rated him, but if he can't win this, I would be disappointed. He'll only be about $1.40 though, so not really a betting proposition. (1-5-4-3)
R7 - 2 TANTAT XAAR - Fair form in Victoria and a very good win at his first run up here. 3 Jaegers is the main danger with 9 Oh Raw Oh Raw and 10 Oliver's Magic good chances for multiples. (2-3-10-9-11-5)
R8 - 1 A FAIRY'S KISS - Definite top pick here, but worried about the price, so might give it a miss. 3 Storm Moss the main danger. Might look at the multiples. (1-3-11-8-9-6)

Rand
R1 - 2 AIN'T SHE LOVELY - I had Ain't She Lovely last start and it was a very strong win. Might back her again. 1 Encosila the main danger. (2-1-3-5)
R2 - 3 MEHTER - A huge win last start over this track and distance. No reason why she couldn't do it again. 7 Greece Lightning and 1 Born To Rule are the main dangers. (3-7-1-12-4)
R3 - 3 JOHN SYN - Gets a race to suit here. Good performance behind Loftily last start. 2 Impala Bullet the danger. (3-2-1-4)
R6 - 3 SIR CRAIGLEE - Two excellent performances in strong Saturday races behind Men At Work and Hipster Doofus. Suited here, but be wary as he has been a bit of a non winner. 2 JON RON is equal top pick with great Saturday form. He's a big threat. (3-2-1-4-6)
R8 - 1 FLEET FELIX - Again strong Saturday city form. Ran well last two starts and he would have been strongly fancied in the last on Saturday if he had started. He's the top pick here. 3 Tactical Toy, 5 Castlecrag and 6 Missile Device for the multiples. (1-3-5-6-4)

Flem
R2 - 2 WILDWOOD ROAD - Great run behind Automaton at it's first start and in a tough race where 1, 3 & 6 will all be popular, Wildwood Road could be value. Maybe a small bet. 1 READY TO MOMBO is equal top pick. He has easily the best overall form. There's also a boom on 3 Hachiman and 6 Noise Barrage ran quite well in the same race as Wildwood Road. (2-1-3-6)
R3 - 1 PRESENTING - Potentially a top filly with good form in the Autumn behind horses like Opportunity and Leveller. Resumed with a good win. She's top pick. 2 Red For Lou was narrowly beaten in a good midweek race at Sandown and 5 Six O'clock Rock was a strong win last start. (1-2-5-3-10)
R4 - 3 MAZUNDA - Has the best and most consistent form. No need to jump off him here. 8 Criminal Intent backing up after a good run last Thursday. (3-8-9-4-7)
R6 - 4 ITSECHUCA - Very strong form out of a Moonee Valley Saturday race on the 16th. It's equal top pick here with 8 FASTBACK which has consistent country form. Top run last start. 1600m should suit. (4-8-10-5-9-6)

Red face

Mav, i don't really take any notice of breeding, all my bets are based on past performances. Presenting does look tough to beat, but what odds? Three Diamonds was a terrific run, don't leave her out of your multiples.
If you like breeding try Rc 2 Hachiman, full brother to Dizelle and Vengeance of Rain.

Good luck with Limited Impulse, i don't generally like leaders down the straight 6 however, i think if Mazunda can take a ********, he will explode and be very tough to beat.

Will be sure to be on a few of yours lads, Go you good things!
