Bad luck.

I had a good day there. I was VERY confident in the last race, and I managed to get the first 4.

I think it's important to work out which races are likely to trouble you and go really easy in those races. For example, I decided not to put a trifecta or first4 on in the Emirates, because I was pretty certain that a roughie would get in there and spoil things for my tips. As it was, Sutology still spoiled the party in R8.

(16,4,12,3 - 1,7,15)

Race 2 - If you want to bet here, I suggest 8 FOLLOW THE TILL from 1 SUPER SAVINGS.

Race 4 - I've been a BIG fan of 2 ZIPPING all the way through and it was a very impressive win on Cup day. See no reason to drop off now. Could be a Group 1 horse in future. 3 LORDS A LEAPING & 9 UTILITY the dangers. Lords A Leaping was a top run behind Niconero at Moonee Valley.
(2,3,9 - 1,7,8)

Race 6 - VERY tough to work out. This race has thrown up a few roughies in recent times, so I'm going to tread very warily. I may look for some value around 4 NICONERO & 8 SHANIA DANE and maybe 5 ACTIVATION as it seems he will get out to silly odds today. I really have no great confidence though.
(8,4,5,6 - 3,14,1)

Race 8 - Tough to pick again, but I think it could be a good race for multis here. I'll be concentrating my thoughts around 8 AQUA D'AMORE, 7 STORM ALERT, 2 JOHAN'S TOY, 1 WILD IRIS and perhaps 5 BALLYBLEUE as well. Any of these could win without surprising.
(8,7,2,1 - 5,11,16)

Race 9 - Could be a good race to finish on here. Three top chances here in my opinion. 4 CARGO CULT was a top run last start at Moonee Valley and down in grade here. He's top pick here, but only slightly in front of 5 SHADOWMAKER & 6 EXALTED EGO which are both in top form.
(4,5,6,18 - 1,3,16)

RANDWICK
Race 4 - 2 STRADA
Race 5 - 3 SHERWOOD FOREST & 5 EXINITE (3,5,7 - 4,1,2)
Race 7 - 3 SMART MAXIE (EW), 5 Bipolar, 4 Captain Bax (3,5,4,9 - 1,2)
Race 8 - (1,2,4,7,3)
Race 9 - 6 MALCOLM* , 1 Hit The Road, 3 Triple Dee (6,1,3 - 2,4,7)

ASCOT
Race 3 - 6 BELLE BIZARRE & 11 BRIEFMAN (6,11,4,10 - 12,1)
Race 4 - 8 GOLD SERVICE & 6 METALDALE (8,6,1,5 - 2,3)
Race 6 - 2 MANJAR* , 1 Lock The Vault, 5 Cape North (2,1,5,10 - 4,13,9)

DOOMBEN
Race 3 - 4 TELETRADER & 8 BEECADD (4,8,1,2 - 7,3,10)
Race 7 - 6 IMPERIALISM & 11 TRIPLE PE (6,11,7,9 - 1,13,4)
Race 8 - 1 CANADIAN SHUFFLE & 5 GRAND LOVER (1,5,3,2 - 6,8,4)

A good day for me.

Started off well right from the first race at Flemington. Had a good win with Becks and got a nice trifecta there as well. Also had a big result in the last at Flemington with Cargo Cult as well as the trifecta and first 4. Good wins in R3 & R7 at Doomben, and my 3 biggest win bets for the day (Zipping, Malcolm & Manjar) all won too. All in all, a very good day.

Hope everyone else went well.

Race 8 - 2 BLUE COLLAR JACK, 5 Another Ali (2,5,1 - 10,11,8)

BATHURST
Race 5 - 1 CAPTAIN RIDLEY

Hi Sportz ..I had a shocker yesterday,
Losers
Roscos Circus, Imperilism, Beecadd, Cathy's Gold, Studebaker, Aqua Dmore, Caulfield Jim, Hug a Mug, Dazzling Hula, 2x Allup in Sydney ,

Winners
Miss Glamour Puss and Covertly.. loss about 45% .. ouch ..

A few placings there that could of been ...no big trifecta to get me out of trouble....If Caulfield Jim grabs 4th things could of been different...
Great day at the Gabba anyway...just loved the Boxes...could easily get used to that..even watched the Melb races on the monitor,,,

With Armidale off ..nothing for me today..day off to take stock of a crappy last 3 days of the Spring Carnival...
the other days were good so i shouldn't be complaining,,, i guess..

Hope you guys had a goodn
