Talking Thanks Malua, welcome

At times i think it's just Mav, Sportz, L2B and me who read this thread and i'm glad to see others are benefitting from the work those guys put in, i know i have. It has taken me a while, as i'm sure with the others to trust the information being portrayed, but now i realise these lads know what they're talking about and it certainly helps the battle.

Daaditsi, was a no brainer however and i can't take any credit for selecting it, as everyone else in the world did. great result with the exacta and a huge result overall. As always a race with no speed to be seen ended up being run at a decent tempo.

Thanks again Malua and feel free to get some of your selections up here mate, i'm sure the'll be greatly appreciated.

Cheers ED

wow 1 from 10 the last 2 days ..i'm on fire
Petrol head did well to stick on i thought for 4th ..ridden upside down ..but had the wide alley so he probably had to go forward...would of liked to see him have a breather though..he seemed to roll along at a decent tempo..
Fords Creek 4th again...had his chance i thought...but the distance is alittle to far for him..
Legends of Ace ...was real confident here but beaten into 2nd ..thought i had it 50m out..

Have some work to do this week,,,had such a good last week and saturday that i dont want to spoil it..

any tips guys ??? i'll probably need them

No, he had every possible in a worse field last start and couldn't win, I was with you i thought Legend of Ace looked a special, but i left the race alone because i also backed China Syndrome last start and it won for me, and i backed Bernie Done Nothin 2 starts ago and it won for me, but was also sacked after just getting there.

Umatrick !! racing tomorrow in Coffs...thought Ef on Saturday was a beter race but they must be thinking the shorter distances are they way to go ,,
he'll get the speed he needs here because Volcanic Scene will roll along at his usual tempo..
Umatrick likes the track,,,the long straight there obviously suits...hes got a bit of weight but hes just flying ...
think Mr Tibula and Sarah Covet at odds could place..,,,volcanic scene might be left alone in front ..this worries me alittle ...as he'll be hard to catch if he dictates..
Confident here .
Langfibian...this horse is alittle flyer...she should jump to the front here and might be to nippy for them..Galibye and Postcard Bandit are the only ones i'd be worried about,,,
Strategic Plan ...liked his last run against Sixpound ect..he did all the work up front and was in it to the last 50m,,,,he'll get the same here in this race which i think is easier ...Collless is in good form ...he'll get him home..

These are my three for the day .

Go Umatrick

Good move as he never got into it...he seems to attract support does old Harry....one of those types who just needs to much luck in running ...heartbreakers they are,,,,but when they do win its usually at nice odds and they do it easy...hard to catch though..

Legends of Ace looked real good..thought the 4.20 was huge value ..

always another though ..

I know exactly what you mean Mav. St Basil is a perfect example, there runs always look to be fantastic because they are flashing home, but a horse who's done plenty of work and works to the line nicely is what i prefer. I get caught out a bit, like with Miss Starnee and Opio Miss, a couple from this thread. But there is nothing better then being on them when they are winding up and you know how strong they can finish.

Don't forget concular also. Backed him two starts back when he came from the back of the field to score paying 6 dollars. Then last start beaten by the narrowest of margins by Terrace, would have payed the same dough. Plus poetic papal on the weekend which gave me the quinella, 3.80 the place. Someone please explain to me how that horse started at over $10..??

Cheers
