This is my OPINION on the race:

The sydney fillies have been up too long. Mnemosyne was set to peak in the flight, this isn;t her grand final. Likewise a lot of the other runners are being aimed at the oaks and this is just a stepping stone in there preperation. Those i speak of are hilfa, empress lily, beauty watch and mary marvel. All should run good races but doubt their trainers owuld want them winning. Rewayaa hasn;t beaten anything (i am not saying she can't) and should be about 4.5 against this field. Big watch on the perth filly, shes well bred to stay and has looked promising over in the west.

Freedman said himself serenade rose was the best suited over 1600 out of his two. And she is overs i reckon.

Assertive guest is huge overs, last time i checked was like 100-1 on tab sportsbet. What has she done wrong, one of her legs fall off or something.

Sydney owner i think will run well.

And then we get to my most favoured two:
DOUBTING/CAYAMBE

Anything over 5 for doubting which i will get has snagged me.

Cheers

Hi TS,
I like all the horses that you mention. I can't even pick 5 horses for my Trifecta. Those I like in your list are Doubting, Serenade Rose, Cayambe, Beauty Watch, Empress Lily, Assertive Guest and Mary Marvel.

The disadvantage that I see in them are :
Doubting - Not an impressive win on his last run.
Serenade Rose - Don't know why the odds are at double digit.
Cayambe - Last 50m wasn't that impressive on last run
Beauty Watch - Might get too back in the race.
Empress Lily - Barrier 18.
Assertive Guest - NOt a regular jockey (M. Zahra)
Mary Marvel - NOt a good strike rate although making a lot of ground in her last run (3rd).

Do comment.

Default Beauty Watch has Wakeful Stakes Writtnen all over her

Sydney form is impressive here:

Beauty Watch as stated may be better suited on a bigger track but if they scoot wide and come home from behind her stride is about 1.3 times longer than most here.

If the inside barriers are a disadvantage throughout the day I will pot Reewaya and the Hawks filly.

If not may go for Beauty Watch and Memesyesen.

Good luck.
