Forget the upgrade account thing, it is to do with if you have registered as a website user, but don't actually possess a betting account.

A bit like an Irish limerick I reckon!

Some uni graduate who has never had a bet in his life designed the website - guaranteed.

Where's all the feedback that punters provided to assist with future development. In that bin next to the manager's desk called the "too hard basket".

New site is very clunky and not as smooth as the old vic site.

Got excited when the glossy brochure mentioned live video link...It now tells me i need to have a valid internet account with Tab NSW...!!!
If someone can tell me how to get Video streaming going without an I.T degree it would be greatly appreciated...

I activated my account at 1.30pm, logged in and havent had any trouble so far,although ive only had a few bets up to now.

Brilliant.

It is now nearly impossible to distinguish between the NSW and VIC sites.

Most of the pools formerly unique to 1 state have now migrated to both. Running Doubles => NSW, First Fours => VIC. But no one has bothered telling the patrons.

It is impossible to tell whether the rules and rakes are the same or different. The published VIC rules are oblivious to the First Four.

Nearly every VIC FF jackpots for a piddly amount.

And NSW RDs often are forced to payout on other than 1st and 1st.

Approximate Exotics on 1 site but not for the other.

These people have got to be kidding, just logged in to start my days betting and there is no money in the pools and no odds.

I have had some luck getting bets on... Only playing running doubles
(have been waiting for those puppies in NSW for years).. had no probs getting on...

Can't get a licence for the video streaming... I am guessing that is a site problem and ************all to do with me? Anyone know anything about that?

The bottom line is, all this should have been ironed out prior to releasing it to the betting public.

Where was the call for Beta Testers - none.

They couldn't give a rats!

The live odds service is nothing more than a pop up xml locked page.
I understand that some software developers have coded this to work with their programs, but what about average Joe???

The media licence doesn't work yet xpt, we just have pretty buttons to tease us.

Really poor from such a large company that gets it's revenue from us - the customer.

They have created a new Australian State of confusion called Tabmania, this is the combined Victorian and NSW punters who can't get the damn thing to work properly, nor get satisfactory answers from the government of Tabmania.

If you want to bet, you can contribute to Tabmania, but can't get anything in return for your support.

A true dictatorship.
