Stathi Katsidis and Darren Beadman must still be kicking themselves. Both had their chance to ride Tippitaka in this race.

Katsidis who rode the Tippitaka when he ran 3rd at Eagle Farm at his previous start, opted to ride All Bar One, which finished 10th in the race, while Beadman who initially accepted the ride, then sought a release to instead ride at Rosehill , where he rode 1 winner on the 9 race card.
