Correct me if I am wrong (melburnian) but sydney is getting a fair bit of rain. This changes things exponentially. No longer will the horses drawn inside get such an advantage. The middle to outer part of the track is where to be which means horses like Snitzel and mnemosyne drawn 12 and 10 respectively may be abble the post themselves 3 or 4 back with cover. Mnemosyne is by Encosta de Lago and should handle the wet well.

Allready have Snitzle for a stack and still haven't changed my mind on him,,
all this talk about Stratum is bewildering to me considering he couldnt get close to snitzel...I give him a couple of lengths because of the barrier..maybe even 2 lengths for the wet track,,he's still 2 lengths off Snitzel..

1, Snitzel
2, Mnemosyne.... is the one i fear ..
3, Written tycoon ...will be there as well has the strength to bustle
through the pack and find a position....
4, Media ...will be running on but the jockey's a toss.

I did like Al samer but think he wont handle the wet...same with Opportunity..

i think Siednazar could grab a place at odds..

Hard race as usual..but will wait till i see how the track is playing before i load up on exotics
