Just to clarify matters somewhat,it was reported in the Sunday Mail last week that the trainer of Takeover Target(can't remember his name....that,s how well known he is)paid $14.000 for him,not $1400 as stated in another post.In the same article it was stated that he had refused an offer of $600.000 for the horse,but said it was definitely for sale if the price hit 1million.At the time of reading I thought what a ****************,but now I doffs me cap,swallows me pride,and says go for $1.5 million!!!!
