Bets Bets tipped the following in the top 3 selections

Brisbane: Our Sweet Moss 2nd $11.90, Virage De Fortune 1st $3.60, Vitesse Dane 1st $6.10, Sir Breakfast 2nd $12.50

Melbourne: Nehemiah 1st $2.10, Forest Spy 3rd $3.10, Bella Chelle 2nd $7.70, Valedictum 1st $3.60, Medium Swing 2nd $4.50

Sydney: Skittles 3rd $3.10, Retail Therapy 2nd $3.60, Intermoo 2nd $8.60, Langborghini 3rd $4.40

Adelaide: Bramada 1st $1.80, Noble Red 3rd $5.80, Hong Kong Cheri 1st $5.40

So now by using Sportz' formula this is how it ended up in each state

Brisbane: $77.90 (4 winners)
Melbourne: $44.60 (5 winners)
Sydney: $31.90 (4 winners)
Adelaide: $27.40 (3 winners)

By comparison, here's our results:

Brisbane: Enthusiast 1st $11.90, Virage De Fortune 3rd $3.60, Vitesse Dane 2nd $6.10, Sir Breakfast 1st $12.50

Melbourne: Nehemiah 1st $2.10, Perpugilliam 3rd $6.40, 3 Forest Spy 1st $3.10, Valedictum 1st $3.60, Universal Heights 1st $3.60, Medium Swing 2nd $4.50

Sydney: Mosso 1st $2.30, Skittles 2nd $3.10, Zinzin 2nd $6.90, Langborghini 3rd $4.40

Adelaide: Bramada 1st $1.80, Hong Kong Cheri 2nd $5.40, Mr Mercurial 2nd $5.90, Clear View 1st $4.20.

Brisbane (4 winners) $89.00
Melbourne (6 winners) $52.60
Sydney (4 winners) $31.30
Adelaide (4 winners) $40.60

I must point out that Forest Spy was actually an equal top pick and Virage De Fortune was an equal 3rd pick, but generally, we went pretty well. There were a few surprise omissions. Retail Therapy for example. I thought it was a great chance, but the others didn't agree with me, so it didn't make it into the top 3. Bella Chelle and Our Sweet Moss were a couple of others that we should probably have found. Chuck picked Our Sweet Moss on top but nobody else put it in the placings. Same thing happened with the first in Melbourne. I tipped Merlos on top, but nobody else had it in their top 3.

Always happens like that Sportz...i never gave Thats Better a hope in hell but he was our top pick...
I had Our Sweet Moss as my reserve..and Admiral Spy..i think a few of us did really well with our reserves lol.....
i think we did pretty good ..but i think overall our percentages wont be all that different to the experts over a period of time..most of them arent all that hopeless and we get the advantage of tipping later when weve got a better idea of track conditions..

I was so close to having Admiral Spy as my top pick actually Mav I just couldn't get into that race the form was all over the joint and to be honest if I had of been home when it ran I probably would have backed it e/w myself at those odds. In then end I made it my reserve it wouldn't have mattered for us anyway because it wuldn't have made it into our ratings anywaywould have made my picks look better though.

Red face

Hey you can promote Forest Spy and Virage De Fortune - I had Virage rated an even money chance on top, and Forest Spy rated a $3.00 chance on top, so that'd get them clear of their equals if I'd been smart enough to remember to tip
