Super 15 week 2
The first week was the “perfect storm” for my rating system. There were five heavy favorites playing at home where I and the bookies agreed almost perfectly. Four lost, including the defending champion. My system makes its largest adjustment after week one. I’ve never experienced a season of the last 20 with such massive changes in ratings after the first week. The system will go on to self adjust. Teams have to defend ratings each week but the next three weeks haven’t happened yet for us to know if the top teams are really changed from last year.
Be very cautious betting for the next three weeks until we know if the ratings for week 2 are right.
