Super 15 week 4
The ratings look good for week 4. The effect of week 2 was to counteract some of the over corrections from week 1 due to the huge upsets and to reinforce the ratings a few teams that have improved since last year, such as the Hurricanes, Brumbies and Chiefs. As a result of the ratings being more accurate for week3, 6 of my 7 predicted winners did win. I think the ratings and predictions should be accurate for week 4 and beyond.
