Money talks - often
R3 Bunbury had the state's top 2 jockeys on the top 2 chances. The betting changed drastically in the last 10mins. P.Cribb's fluctuations...
2 Charlie Beau (J Whiting)....open $1.65, mid $1.55, post $2.0.....2nd 4 Kia Ora Miss (P Harvey)....open $3.2, mid $3.3, post $2.3......1st On the flipside, in R2 Go Beserk was the only firmer about $4.4 -> $3.1, and after having a easy run behind the leader, did absolutely nothing in the straight. |

Spirit of Callinup
At last, after doing my dough every time this prep...the Spirit came up trumps for me at juicy odds. Note for the blackbook.....this one seems to be a 1400m horse.
Did anyone see the ride? The winners had been coming down the middle of the track all day and Pike made a split second move to the inside at the last minute to nab the race. I am also waiting for Seneca to show up again soon........ |

speed rating tip for Ascot sat
Sat 18 Mar 2006 R3#3 Storm On By. Two nice 103's his last two show this quality Metal Storm gelding can figure prominently. Chased home Graduate Boy last time but now up to the 1400m I think he run past that horse and win. Handbrake Turner gets on for today's race; lets hope he releases it in the straight! Danger is #2 who has similar figs.
you can see my previous selections at my website; http://home.kooee.com.au/chops/ Good punting Chops |

grey matter
Quote:
Hi Steve, had the pleasure of backing and watching LADYLUCK win at Kilmore trots last night. A GREY filly who finished on strongly to just get up. And would you believe was bred in WA! Worth following imo |
