I took out three win selections today (Wild Planet, Quality Seeker & Shared Ambition) because I thought they were too short. They've all won very easily and one of them drifted to a more than reasonable price!

Fourths are a scourge. I had an encounter early in my punting life in a Newmarket Handicap (circa 1967. I still recall Bill Collins calling ' ...fourth Abebe flashing home.' I've never forgotten it.

Sadly, Percentum had a bad day today so we now have just one tipster in the positive. William has made a profit 4 out of 5 weeks so far. Well done.

I've had a shocker. Can't remember when I last went this badly. But I'm determined to improve.
