Imagele didn't actually provide any prices, but I guess La Mer could work them out as he has done with a couple of the others.

Neither of my two methods have been assessed either, not that I'm really worried about it. It's just a bit of fun.

Default Group cuddle for Sportznut!

Don't be disheartened Sportz!
I've noticed how well at least one of your sets of ratings went.
You will always be one of my favourites as I'm sure you are with many other contributors.
But God damn it!.It sure does make you feel good when someone acknowledges your effort.
WELL DONE cobber!

Imagele not only didn't supply any prices but also listed about eight selections. Sportz when I checked just on racetime your two sets of ratings were not there. However, I will redo the list adding in both your sets and that of Imagele's - stay tuned.

i think that went well on a whole. but i,d rather we only back the overs of our selections.value!!!!!!!!!!!
dont worry i still did my a*se.
question was race run at slow tempo.???
because brave cheif indicated that it would be and he almost got top 4 in order.and i didnt take the pace of race into consideration.

Certainly not disheartened now as I managed to find Ceffyl at $45 in the last at the Gold Coast. You beauty. I wish I could pick races like that for the tipping comp.

Sportz - as mentioned a lit earlier I took the closing prices on offer at both Betfair and Sporting Odds and applied a Dutch Book to the first five favourite with each of the two betting agencies. They both had the same five horses in the same order but with slight varying odds. I just did it as a reference to how we performed as against the betting market.

As an aside, using the market as a tool for Dutch Booking It a way of making money if the right races are picked, but I mean the right races.
