Question Question

if a horse breaks it's gear during a race is it decleared a non-runner and money refunded...... or is it a case of serve your self right for betting on the trots !?

No Stix just bad luck same as in gallops when a saddle slips and Jockey has no control horse is not called a non starter and bet is lost.At Caloundra yesterday in second last race the favorite was backed out of stalls as jockey had noticed saddle was loose if they had have jumped chances are the saddle would have slipped or worse came right off.
I know very frustrating but really now days doesnt happen that often not like in the good old days when not unusual for gear to be held together by hayband..

Hey that was indeed a very good tip their. $21.20, $3.60 down here.

Unfortuntaly i had nothing on it, nor did i have anything on the exacta, as my selection finished second. Bugga.
