of course you can always use your own judgment to tell if turning back could favor him. doesnt always have to be dwelter. some times i like to use horses that come from behind after following slow fractions when going longer .shorting up will always help.

but it does getting me guessing to use a horse that won last out.

sometimes i have to pull the trigger.

okay. so one of the main reasons he qualified was that his style of racing is onpace? had he come from well back when winning over 2000m last start he would not have qualified?

dropping in distance at a route is always gonna help next out at shorter distances. but they have to get something out of it. thats why i tend to go with horses more up on the pace.

coming from way off the pace is a judgement call to see if he did get something out of it. because quick fractions will help closers but wont always help his cause next out if it was an easy run. but if he was closing from way out against slow fractions then he will no doubt get something out of it.

its blowing my mind that your useing it for sprints. im still useing it in the infant stages down under but maybe it does have something for sprints. not a whole lot of grass sprints going on in the U.S. so that why i only used it at routes. but wow who knows might have something here.theres so many horses dropping back in each sprint race it almost covers half the field most of the time. guess you have to go big on class?

another race where there should of been a foul. winner veers in front of #3 banjo and impeeds his path so banjo has to cut back to the inside comes back on and loses 1st by a nose. unbelievable!
