Syllabus23.

You were very unlucky with your Tri. there mate at Moonee Valley r3. I thought you would snag it for sure!

Leaving out that Murphy kid from possible results in a Tri. though is [in hindsight] a big mistake, even when he's on a longshot roughy. He's turning into a top rider and ironically was on my only winning bet Haddle Mc Daddle, on whom he gave the field a riding and galloping lesson winning by 5 lengths.

Hmmm you are right Crash,he is developing into thoughtful hoop,he certainly has plenty of natural ability too.He steered Haddle Mc Daddle to a good win.

Yesterday looked a pretty straightforward day,but somehow it seldom works out to be that way.

I used to be a golfer and I could never figure out why I played like Kelvin Von Sprogg on Saturday and Koko the clown on Sunday.I think this when "you're hot you're hot and when you're not you're not" factor is the most difficult part of horseracing.Impossible to quantify.

We all keep trying. My first winner was a horse called "Royal Colleen" ridden by Merv Maynard,I was in the St Ledger at Broadmeadow with my Grandfather around 1954.Sometimes I wish the damn thing had lost, cause I've been hooked ever since.

Yep.

As the well known you know who would say: 'Pharlap one day, radish the next'!

Bit of that in all of us.

Okay, feel free to start posting tips for tomorrow. Remember you can bet a maximum of $250, but not if you don't have that much left in the bank. Which is the case with Goldcoaster and myself. I've only got $170, so I'm going to be looking out for miracle.
