How do you guys go picking winners on the atp tour? Do you know any forums around for tennis that are pretty much on the ball when it comes to backing a winner from the 1.85/1.85 matches etc?

Cheers

I would say it's a very difficult sport to win on unless you see a lot of the ATP or circuit matches or have some inside info.

Information flow re injuries etc is very poor otherwise.

It is notorious for rorts.

Have been into horseracing a while now and showing nice profits at the moment, However after the carnival my % usually declines dramatically so this year i want to look at sport betting. It seems to me the best way to go about it is to focus on one sport and tennis has attracted my attention. It is one of few sports that are played all year round with betting agencies covering numerous head to head events. It also looks one of the easier sports to pick a winner in and even if a lot of selections are at short odds you can bet with confidence in alot of matches. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on tennis betting and any sites offering legitimate info, results injuries etc would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Ed.

Yep, tennis capping is ALOT of work. Golf and tennis would be the sports that require the most effort overall.

Plenty of opportunities and books release varying lines (means market is inefficient).

Any sport you have the ability to profit in

Sport markets that are less efficient would be easier though. Tennis & golf simply because of the size of the fields. Those 2 sports would obviously take a huge amount of work though.

Aussie sports are generally decent. Less efficient than the major US sports.

US college sports.

Don't know anything about greyhounds but I think it'd be easier to beat than the horses.

Start off with a sport you know prett well though.
