In the 90's I bought Blueprint, actually sounded very logical and was endorsed by a now retired racecaller, it fell flat on it's face.
Then there was Ryan's Gold and Ryan's Gold 2. Rubbish.

Ha ha,, no, I didn't intend to demodocus but thanks for the advice anyway.

Just that I think I spoke to the late Ian Barnes of Punters Choice on the phone a long time long ago about something else and he either mentioned it in passing or it may have been in one of the editions of Punters Choice.

Something along the lines of it, (The Key) showing a profit for about 15 years straight. At the time I wondered how many bets a week that involved. Seeing as it was a Saturday Metro system only I guessed that there wouldn't be too many bets and to make it worth while you'd have to be betting in the thousands. Could be completely wrong though

Yes, I too went through the system buying stage years ago, Ryan's Gold being one of them. None of them stacked up to the advertising blurb...surprise surprise, although I suppose it's all part of the learning process and there were a couple of ideas that came out of it all.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one to have been parted with his money due to promises of riches and 150% plus profits. In fact I'm in esteemed company.

I now am at the database stage, using your ( the Chrome Prince) one.

I have a lot of the punters choice editions in my library. They were always enlightening to read.

An oldie from a while back was the Dark Horse System. I remember it having a particularly long run of winning years. I remember they updated it to the Dark Horse V2 system as well when it started to decline.

I had the Dark Horse System too, and that, to those youthful people on here, was at least 32 years ago

Think the improved version was "The ultimate dark horse".
The only change from the original from memory was that a spell was discounted.
