Default Useful and Simple Excel App for getting race and meeting data

This is just a quick cut-down version of my much bigger Excel 'app' that also sends bets to NetBet Pro, builds trifecta strings, exotic strings, builds Dutch bets and is a lot more comprehensive.

I only knocked this up because I have got a lot of good tips from Propun and felt it was time to give something back, given the increasing interest in the XML data feeds now being provided by the totes.

If anyone is experienced at web app development and would like a free copy of the Big Version and can code in ASP.NET and/or C#, I be interested in hearing from you.

I dont have Access or Outlook installed.
Could that be why this Program doesn't work for me?
I looked in references and there are 2 that are MISSING.

Hi Moeee,

You shouldn't need the Access or Outlook references as far as I know. Just uncheck them. Can I assume you have the Microsoft XML 6.0 reference checked?

I will look into it some more, but may be a little while coming back as I've got a pretty big weekend planned. :-)

In the meantime, please send back is happening and when, preferrably in step-by-step, dot point format descirbing what is not working and I will do my best to rectify it.

My bad.

It's meant to run only on Excel 2007/2010.

As far as I am aware, an .xlsm file will not run on Excel 2003 at all due to the radical changes made to Excel when they released 2007.

I just made the assumption that no-one uses 2003 or earlier any more so I never thought to mention it.

Helpdesk Job closed.

I do a lot of excel sheets and find most do work on the older one's.

Main issue i have had is with Validation if it is located on another sheet it just fails.
