Now that it has hit the fan that drugs in sport might actually be used in Australian sport I wonder how long it will be before the attention is turned to the three forms of racing.

While we have to be careful what we say I have only seen one report which said briefly that drugs in sport, including racehorses was a problem with new generation drugs.

Hopefully, our watchdogs are a bit more vigilant then the sporting codes who are run by the Suits from the Corporate sector. I saw a report where one A League game in Australia where one bookmaker alone held $40 million on that game.

$40 million on A -League, it baffles the mind how or more importantly why. I know this is a System section but , if you can bet on it , it fits in here, because we all try to build a system, method, or try to just luck it to find the outcome and profit.

We don't need these outside influences, but if they affect what we do, then they should be discussed calmly and rationally so we can try to work around the potential difficulties.
