2 winning lays a losing back bet and one scratched. A mixed crystal ball bag there but that's +1 and a win for the night. Well done.

Barbell bet works best my dear Ocho.

1. eliminate what cant win - lay bet
2. back the remainder for a win
3. only look at top 3-4 chances

Double play keeps the cobwebs away!

Cheers LG

Thanks Ocho, I didn't have a great deal of confidence in the back bet, thats why I marked it as "iffy".
But I'm well pleased with the lay bets.

Looking at Pakenham today:

R2#1 Diamond Baroness Lay
R7#1 De Little Engine Lay
R8#1 Burning Front Lay
R9#1 Imperator Augustus Lay

I'm expanding to Sydney tonight, so lets see how we go.

Moonee Valley:
R4#1 Lamborghini LAY
R7#1 Knowable LAY

Canterbury:
R7#1 Hunter Jack LAY

There are two shorties I like in Melb, Belwazi and Last Week. I prefer Last Week with Whistle Bowl and Microbius scratched and Knowable a lay bet. Well I don't see anything to challenge him.

Having said that my back bets have a poor strike rate.

+3 and Last Week won. You must have polished that ball just right this week.
