Okay, here's the final ladder. Reded didn't tip today, probably just hoping to hold on to the top spot, and that's what happened.

LEADERBOARD:
7.4 . reded ( Out: $830.00 , In: $891.60 ) *
0.9 . walkermac ( Out: $880.00 , In: $887.50 )
-2.4 . kiwi ( Out: $1,840.00 , In: $1,796.50 )

-21.0 . william ( Out: $1,960.00 , In: $1,547.65 )
-36.0 . Sportz ( Out: $1,800.00 , In: $1,152.55 )

Preliminary final: walkermac v kiwi

RULES:

You can post anywhere between 5 and 10 tips

The bet sizes are the same as we've been using all the way through.

walkermac finished higher on the ladder, so gets the "home ground advantage" and can bet between $120 and $360 while kiwi can bet between $100 and $300. I will convert your totals back to a score out of 120 & 100.

The tipster who posts second is only allowed to include one of the horses tipped by the person who posted first.

In the unlikely event of a tie, the match will be awarded to kiwi, as he had less money to spend.

Unhappy

I'm rubbish so far, changed one bet and that is the only horse that has won.

Okay, still a race to go, but I can announce that walkermac is today's winner and goes to the grand final next week. Well done.

And bad luck to kiwi. Thanks for playing.

Bad luck, kiwi. Hooray for me! ...and very kind of you, Sportz, for not going into detail with the scores; let reded think I'll present a challenge in the grand final next week
