Betfair Australia wish to advise of a major upgrade of the UK-based technical infrastructure.

These upgrades are essential to ensure we can continue to offer our customers a fast and reliable betting platform.

To complete these works Betfair needs to schedule a series of outages in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, during the outages all Betfair markets, worldwide, will be unavailable.

The first outage is scheduled for:
Tuesday 21 July - From 11am AEST (duration approx. 4 hours)
Betfair has set up a webpage here and will be updating it with more information when it becomes available. Please check back to this site for the latest news.

Betfair worldwide appreciate the effect these outages will have on your wagering and we want to offer you our sincerest apologies. However, the benefits of these upgrades will deliver a more robust platform for the future including the upcoming Spring Carnival.

Yep its always in Aus hours but at least its a Tuesday when there is only a few missed races.

Please be advised that the first scheduled outage that was planned for Tuesday 21st July has now been postponed to a date TBC.

As such, there is no expected interruption to accessing Betfair markets on this day.
