Wink Doomben Saturday

Punters will be focusing on Brissie today so that looks the venue to get some value.

Posting my top 3 choices in each, hopefully should be able to get some great EW value (and a few multies) and finish in front for the day. Profitable punting to all those wagering at Doomben today

Race 1
(17) MASAI PRIDE top jockey should compensate for wide barrier.
(15) BIKKIE TIN BLUES 2 starts in Qld both top notch.
(14) ZAUBEREI capable fresh.

Race 2
(8) PARTY EXPRESS in good form Kevin Forrester one of my old favs.
(14) RAMPANT LION top win Eagle Farm last start.
(13) FIERY SUNSET solid effort place this track last start.

Race 3
(15) STYLIZED drawn OK and should run a strong 1350.
(3) SAVEDBYTHEBELL ran 2nd to a very promising Turban last start.
(12) PREY FOR PEACE got into all kinds of trouble last start, forget run.

Race 4
(1) BAZELLE huge drop in class for this mare today on last start effort.
(14) ABU SIMBEL been a punters nightmare but big drop in weights and jockey change.
(12) PENTATHON onpace Victorian visitor drawn the fence and should get every chance.

Race 5
(8) BECKS geat win strike rate and should be suited the race pace.
(1) DANCE THE WAVES near best great EW chance.
(5) NESSUNO the Beadman connection should overcome the wide alley.

Race 6
(3) OUR ROMAN CHARIOT good reports this enzedder.
(2) BELMONTE great win last start and races like the 2020 will suit.
(16) BEAUTY WATCH best of the girls.

Race 7
(7) DAUNTING LAD the makings of a top liner.
(18) LA MONTAGNA still getting over her last win this track / distance.
(1) RED OOG last years winner and in form at the right time.

Race 8
(2) SINGLE ROSE just pipped by Daunting Lad 2 starts back.
(7) MOSSO is overdue a win.
(3) ANCA enzedder with great form on top of the ground.

Thumbs up Doomben Sat

Yep! Good track and competitive racing should be the ingredients for some nice 'both totes' investing today in Brisbane...

Don't mind (4) MR SPORTSMAN, (9) CHASIN' TAIL & (17) MASAI PRIDE in R1. Watch on (22) DARKSIDE LASS first-up...

R2 main chances (13) FIERY SUNSET, (10) MAMELUKE & (14) RAMPANT LION. Others include (15) GEMSTONE & (16) MR HORNBLOWER...

R3 pee-break for me...

R4 (1) BAZELLE, (2) HAYLEE BAYLEE & (7) CLASSIC KARLA look main hopes. (10) DON'T TELL CLANG & (11) SIR COUP should be extra good EW value...

(7) SHYSU, (8) BECKS & (11) STARLACTIC top speedsters R5. Looking for a bit more value suggest (4) ANY SUGGESTION, (9) DIAMONDS AND CHALK & (12) NAVAL SEAL...

Main hopes R6 look to be (1) BELMONTE, (16) BEAUTY WATCH & (5) BORN TO RULE. Others (7) VISION AND POWER & (13) GREENFINDER...

In the biggy today the main chances (of many!) include (1) RED OOG, (5) SHOW BIZ KID & (14) SHANIA DANE. Others at longers odds worth a nudge include (6) CLASSICONI, (7) DAUNTING LAD & (15) NEVIS...

In the lucky last (2) SINGLE ROSE, (3) ANCA, (5) MY SON DAY & (7) MOSSO. Outside these (6) SIR MONASHEE & (9) NOVA STAR...

May your punting be (near) perfect!!

Well the punting wasn't as (near) perfect as I would have liked but still managed a result on what turned out a very hard day!

Masai Pride got up R1

Got the tri R2 ($466.50 Unitab)

R3 pee-break worked for me

Haylee Baylee good place divi R4

Starlactic 1st Shysy 3rd R5

R6 Belmonte 1st Beauty Watch 3rd

R7 Like many still wondering what happen to the fancies

R8 Mosso just pipped ran 2nd
