Default Can someone check a site for me

I use checkyourodds.co.uk as a comparison site for uk racing. It doesn't seem to be working for me today. Is anyone else having issues accessing this site ?

No problem. Sorry to hear that. Are the Favs still saluting > 30% over in UK?

I heard that as much as 50% of the card can be made up of fav's and wondered whether this had anything to do with best trainers getting best horses, jocks etc

Think Chrome mentioned this.

Not sure LG. I use the bookie prices for confirmations on selections. Its more a last minute check to make sure betfair is in line with other markets.

LG, it's more to do with the number of jumps races, where they have more of a dominant horse and less challengers form wise. A bit like the trots.
However, you can eliminate all races with an odds on favourite and the strike rate drops dramatically.
The flat season has thrown up a lot of winners with form turnarounds that just about nobody could pick.

You could try Oddschecker.com if you can't get the other one
