I'm considering keeping nfl stats this season, but I'm unsure what stats i should record.

Each teams record at home.
Each teams record on the road.

This is just for starters. Any other stats ithat i should record.

any help is most welcome.

dome games
keep an eye on weather(esp. snowing)
quaterback ratings
defensive ratings
penalties
divisional games

Don't bother keeping stats, there are sites out there that will supply all of this for you (for a fee of course). Check out statfox.com.

You can get stat fox stats for free from Betcris (link on site). Contains all that info and more, similarly SBR lines.
