I'm only posting Odds of animals that have excellent winning Chances.

The size of the wager depends on the assessed Odds , the available Odds and the Confidence Factor.

I have a Confidence here of 50%
That just means I will risk half what I normally would.

My Confidence is shot.
I can't quantify this Confidence factor thing , so for now I will ignore it.
Also it is surely of negative benefit to back all 4 runners when that many are winning Chances.

I think what I may do , is back the animal that is the Biggest Overlay , and save on the animal that is the most likely to win.
Treat this thread as an experience , and see if any useful data emerges as the races are run.

A decision needs to be made as to whether to bet an animal or disregard the wager completely.
That decision is based on the available Odds.
Situations like when the animal looks an obvious certainty , but Joe Public also knows this and has it at Odds where it is plain to see.

The decision is to be made whether there is in fact an Edge.
The EDGE thing is what takes money out of someone elses pocket and puts it in your pocket , whether you believe or understand it , or not.
I'm still having trouble appreciating it and fully immersing myself in it , even though I recognise andunderstand it somewhat.
