R3 Half the field are backmarkers in this and My Chinese King going to set a good pace as a leader to set it up for ??? Game on the on-pacer will probably win for Colless if you want some evens but don't be surprised if either backmarkers Lord Rupert with Ms R S Mason (a 2.0) or Taylor on Super Friend upset things.

R4 Both Moonlight Shadow [Colless] and Enrique [Pattillo] are coming back from breaks and both are good first up. Enrique back from Melb. failing in bigger races so the colt will be looking for the dosh in this to cover some expenses and is the class horse here. Foreshore with the 3kg. drop in weight might do something on his 3rd. start in after a let-up [2 from 2 so far]..

R5 With only 1 win from 5 first up attempts I think Colles on Public Opinion will get rolled in this with 59.5kg. [up 5.5kg]. Testify (4) 53.5 will lead and get a great tun and with the weight and good first up record can win and so can Solid as a Rock now 3rd. up and fit to go. Ignore his 2nd up run as he always does badly. Danehill/Sir Tristram bloodline and just had a nice barrier trial for 2nd.

R6 Canadian Shuffle (1) Ms M Radecker (a 3.0) will win.

R7. Zoe's Lad (5) or even Dynamic Dancing (12)with a 9.5kg. weight drop might come over the top of the [overweight] top weight leader Don't Tell Tom and Qualo carrying too much weight too.
