Not what you would think 3rd method was the wildest ride because the turnover was much higher (2 1/2 times higher than the 2%)
1. 2% bank high 10.9% low -26.1%
2. level stakes bank high 8.15% low -12.7%
3. betting to price bank high 27.2% low -67.6%
