Based on your responses, I will assume now that...

1.PLACE data regards finishing position is accurate but pricing is out of whack

2.it's best to use the "between" => =< option to avoid bugs

3.uniRank via Tatts is a helpful filter

4. you will eventually find a way to make those banners pay more!
