I asked a similar question on the "Where do I bet now" thread a couple of weeks ago and members turned me on to:

They do best tote on most races and are easy to open an account with. Not a great deal of fuss proving i.d. etc. (Haven't actually taken any money back out yet).
They do have a win limit before they drop out of best tote and go back to the home tab tote (varies but around $2000).

As far as limits and rules go - I'm no fan of sportingbet since they dropped best tote on a lot of races (and seem to only want punters they can take money off) - but the rules are usually there to be read. Anyone who discovers the rules don't suit them after making a winning bet probably has themselves to blame.
