rostram
rostram, yes it can be done, it is how i have been betting for some time now, often up to 5 nags in the larger fields. i started off dutching with mixed results, as shaun points out, when the roughy gets up youve got ************ all on it, so even stakes are the go, much more profitable in the long run but on the bad days the damage is much greater, just got to wear that tho.
dont know how you arrive at your selections but without a mix of varied priced runners this can be a expensive betting method, by that i mean one shouldnt think they can back the 2nd, 3rd & 4th fav on a regular basis & come out ahead, there needs to be a good priced nag or two thrown in to make it worthwhile.
