We get the society we create. There were no junkies here back in the 60's seventies [pot sure but I never inhaled] because everyone had good job opportunities and even free Uni. Now we have gone the American way and if you don't start 'advantaged' [good family, money for good schools preferably private and good peer groups]. It's an uneven playing field now. Try telling a Asian laborer in the Philippines with a family of 6 he is responsible for his poverty and poor family diet. Luck chooses which bed your born in. There ain't no level playing field. It's myth that the well off generate to feel good. The rich mostly stay rich and ditto the poor stay poor. Generally speaking, privilege or lack of it decides that.

I know how you feel though about kids [I have 2 kids out there but their doing well so far]. Hep C ************s kids for life [no energy] but they can live a long one if they keep off the grog and drugs and have a good diet. Knives through the heart I can relate too. How about dozens of spears ?
