My 2 cents.
If you go to a Country, you obey the laws or suffer the consequences.
Knowing that a country has the death penalty, if one makes a decision to run the gauntlet, and one gets caught, one pays the price.
If, one has been set up or "planted", then Justice should see one cleared.
If the Justice system is flawed, one does not go to that Country.
There is no way I'd go to certain Countries, knowing there is the slightest chance, that I could be given the death penalty for something I didn't have a hand in.
The drug problem is rife everywhere, schools in Australia are full of drugs. Even at age 12 and 13, drugs are prolific.
The only way to stop it it to stop the source.
