Well, with the length of my teeth, I shouldn't be complaining especially as I haven't backed BC ONCE, but I've backed 15 placed horses (some the same horse of course) from 19 races. (me being a an avid place bettor)
After the "GOd" you would think I'd learn but nah! I go and back Haylist for the place ($1.50c) when I could have easily backed it EW at 12-1 i.e Evens the place for yer money, WHY didn't I?????? |

I may not be as smart as Steve Hawking , but I do know the last thing that went through the flies head.
It rhymes with glass. |

Seriously, Black Caviar jumped 1/4 to 1/2 length better than normal and Hay List's jockey said it was only race fitness that beat his mount. BC's jockey thought he was going to be beaten too. All in all, a really brilliant effort ..... BUT after that gut buster ..... how will BC go next start ???

Totally agree Darkydog. Even Peter Moody could get caught up in the hype .... you never know. History is littered with "sensible" people making, in hindsight of course, what turned out to be a dumb decision.
I'd love to see her go and blow the poms to smithereens !!!!!!!!!, then we'll get the ashes back !!!!! |
