Greg Childs has been asked by Lindsay Smith and P Harvey's missus to ride PLASTERED in order to get a 3rd party opinion on how he is going.

PLASTERED is not confirmed to be a starter for the MELBOURNE CUP and this assessment will go a long way to deciding PLASTERED'S spring plans.

Order of entry doesn't matter for Railings as it was always going to be in the Melbourne Cup field. The important one is Leica Falcon which is 39th in order. The trainer doesn't want him to have another run before the Cup, but he might be forced to in order to qualify.
