Rule 1: Operate on handicap races for 3YOs only.
Rule 2: Work down the racecard from the top. The selection is the first horse you come to which was placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd last start.
Rule 3: In the event of there being no qualifier by the time you are halfway down the card, there is no bet for the race.
