Does anyone have the pricing table that Don Scott used for his ratings?

Sportz, I know you produced a similar table, I think it was the first one you posted that had A horse 0.5 kgs behind as getting 85 points, however I am sure that Dons table had that horse at a value of 0.9 or 90 points so I would like to use that one if anyone would mind posting it.
